This website provides information regarding our residential and commercial painting, epoxy flooring, power washing, wood staining, parking lot striping, and repair services. Requesting information through the website does not create a binding contract for service until a formal, signed project proposal is executed.

All content, branding, logos, graphics, text, and materials published on this website are the property of C&K Custom Painting and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any site material for commercial purposes without our express written consent. 

 

3. Media Release & Project Showcasing

By hiring C&K Custom Painting to perform residential or commercial projects, clients acknowledge and grant the following media permissions: 

  • Scope of Consent: You grant C&K Custom Painting a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to capture and use photographic images and video footage of your property before, during, and after project completion. 

  • Approved Platforms: These media materials may be published and shared across our digital platforms, specifically including:

  • Purpose: Media will be strictly utilized for professional promotional portfolios, online marketing, advertising, and showcasing our workmanship. 

  • Privacy Assurance: We respect your privacy. No personal contact numbers, specific street addresses, or sensitive internal residential layouts will be explicitly broadcasted without separate, written consent. 

  • Opt-Out Right: If you prefer that your property not be photographed or shared online, you must notify us in writing via email (ckpainting.k@gmail.com) prior to the commencement of your project.

 

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

When interacting with our website or social channels, you agree not to: 

  • Post defamatory, offensive, or infringing comments.

  • Use our contact channels to distribute spam or unauthorized marketing.

  • Attempt to disrupt or breach the technological security of this site.
